Turn-around-times:
The average turn-around time for results is one week.
Sample Requirements:
Samples sent for M. W. determination must be supplied as solids or as solutions in volatile solvents with concentrations >1µM (usually 5-50µl volumes). Samples must be free of detergents, involatile salts, and other modifiers.
Samples submitted for protein identification must be supplied as excised gel bands or spots with protein amount > 1µg (usually visible after Coomassie-blue staining is better) with the1dimension or 2 dimension gel image.
