Registration and Payment

Registration is required of all participants. Please download the CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM (FORM A) and submit the duly completed form together with payment.

Payment mode
Registration fees should be paid only by international bank drafts or cheques (for local payment only) in Singapore Dollars
or US Dollars (inclusive of administrative fees). All bank drafts/cheques should be made payable to:
“The Singapore Institute of Biology”.

Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.

Registration fees and deadlines

* Early-bird discount entitlement for registration received before 15 Oct 2004.

**Members of the Singapore Institute of Biology (SIBiol) are eligible for a discounted rate. Membership is open to local participants of the conference. Membership application forms, as well as terms and conditions, can be found at the SIBiol website. To qualify for SIBiol discount on the registration fees, please submit the SIBiol membership application form and payment together with the Conference Registration Form.

***Full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomas in a university or other tertiary institution, as well as local pre-university students, are eligible for the student rate. Registration forms must be accompanied by an official letter from the student’s institution, advisor or teacher verifying the student status.

Registered participants are entitled to:
1.  Attend all sessions
2.  Conference pack
3.  Daily lunch and tea breaks
4.  Attend the SIBiol 30th Anniversary Dinner / Conference Banquet

Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation notice must be made in writing to the Biology in Asia Conference 2004 Secretariat.

Confirmation
Participants will receive confirmation within 14 days upon receipt of registration forms and payment.
