FCS Plotter is a desktop application for plotting the correlation functions and fit-parameter maps produced by the Imaging FCS ImageJ/Fiji plugin. It reads the .xlsx files exported by Imaging FCS and displays correlation curves, their fits, normalized curves, and colour-coded two- and three-dimensional parameter maps. FCS Plotter does not calculate correlations or perform fitting; that is done in the ImFCS ImageJ plugin. The application was created by Jonathan Andreae and modified by Rutuparna Kulkarni.
FCS Plotter (Windows) : Download and unzip the file. Copy FCS_Plotter.exe to a local folder on your computer (for example the Desktop) and run it from there. Running the application directly from a shared network drive may not work.
FCS Plotter (Apple macOS) : Download and unzip the file. Copy the application to your computer. On first launch, right-click the application and choose Open to allow it to run.
FCS Plotter Manual : This manual explains how to load data, choose what to plot, normalize curves, and generate two- and three-dimensional parameter maps. It also describes the controls of the application and the layout of the plot windows.
FCS Plotter requires no installation and no separate software; the correlation and fitting must already have been carried out in the Imaging FCS plugin, and the resulting .xlsx file is opened directly in FCS Plotter. A Windows version and an Apple macOS version are provided above.
