Igor scripts for processing confocal FCS data

This program enables one to to treat confocal FCS data, that can read correlator.com, confocor, leica and picoquant data. There are currently two versions, FCS 2.0 and FCS 2.1. FCS 2.0 works on Igor Version 6 while FCS 2.1 works on Igor version 7, 8, and 9. The file FCS-Fitting functions.ipf contains various models for fitting FCS data.

Installation Instructions

Download the FCS 2.0 or FCS 2.1 and the fitting functions files and place it in the Igor Pro User Procedures folder.
