STEDYCON Workshop

We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming STEDYCON Workshop on 22 May 2025, organized to introduce the newly installed STEDYCON system at the Centre for BioImaging Sciences (CBIS).
STED (Stimulated Emission Depletion) is a deterministic super-resolution imaging technique that enables imaging beyond the diffraction limit. Unlike reconstruction-based methods that rely on computational models and multiple image sets, STED achieves sub-diffraction resolution directly through its optical design.
Event Details:
📅 Date: 22 May 2025
🕒 Time & Location:
09:30–10:45 – Instrument Demo (CBIS, S1A #01-04)
11:00–12:00 – Seminar by Dr. Li Xiaoyu (CBIS, S1A #02-17)
During the seminar, Dr. Li will provide an overview of the STEDYCON super-resolution microscope, its key features, potential research applications, and practical usage tips. This is a great opportunity for researchers and students to explore how this powerful tool can support advanced imaging needs.
Whether you’re an experienced user of super-resolution microscopy or simply curious about STEDYCON, we welcome you to attend and engage with Dr. Li during the Q&A session. Please kindly register your interesting via https://forms.gle/H4A86KpsXNS2G5oA7.
We look forward to seeing you there!
