We provide free image analysis guidance to our users in software such as Fiji, R, Imaris, Huygens and others.

Our core facility is equipped with high-powered workstations such as the Exalit M10. CBIS researchers also have access to the CBIS in-house compute cluster (including GPU nodes) and storage.

We encourage scripting and automation for efficiency and reproducibility. Click here for some Fiji scripts that we have developed based on the needs of our users.
