CBIS workshop: automating image processing in Fiji

In this fully hands-on introductory workshop to Fiji macro scripting, learn how to speed up your image processing and reduce workload by writing your own code to automate customized tasks over many images and output customized results. You will be guided step by step on how to write good code that can be understood, debugged and modified easily. 

REQUIREMENTS

– basic practical experience with Fiji

– bring your laptop with a working installation of Fiji

TIME

9.30 am to 12.30 pm: main practical each day

1.30 pm to 4.30 pm: optional clinic for debugging or trying your own images
